Rebecca Polizzi

Rebecca has many year of child care experience. She is very passionate about her work, and enjoys every moment of working with children of all ages. She is amazed how quickly they learn, grow and develop. She loves being a part of their remarkable journey! Rebecca received her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Empire State College and an Associate’s Degree in Physical Education from H.C.C.C. She lives in West Winfield with her four children who keep her very busy. She loves encouraging and supporting them every step of the way.

Angela is a teacher in the Ladybug Room. She loves interacting with the children, especially when they give her big hugs! She and her husband Justin live in Smyrna with their daughter Katie. She is a huge hockey fan and follows the Binghamton/Ottawa Senators. She enjoys baking, hiking, wine tastings, and cooking.

Collette Sam

Collette Lawrence

Collette brings a wealth of experience to her job. She cares for our beautiful babies in the Bumble Bee room. Collette has an Associate’s degree in Nursery Education. She lives in Hamilton with her husband Jim, and their four children Jessie, Kelsey, Brandon, and Brandon. Collette says that one of the best parts of her job, is that she gets paid to receive unconditional love.

Samantha Hadlock

Samantha was born and raised in Sherburne, NY. She graduated from Sherburne Earlville Schools. Samantha continued her studies at Morrisville State College, where she received an Associates in Early Childhood Education.  Samantha has previous experience working with children in New York and Florida.  Samantha believes it is important to help nurture children.  She enjoys watching the different stages of growth and development of a child. Samantha’s favorite thing is being a mommy to her daughter Autumn.

Kheity Taggart

Kheity joined CNS in October 2015. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Language and Literature. She worked in Brazil teaching English to children and teenagers for four years. Here in the United States, Kheity has been working in childcare. Kheity feels she is very caring and loves watching each child develop.

Chris Hoyle

Chris is currently part of our staff in the Caterpillar room. She says the most rewarding part of her job is watching the children grow throughout the year and helping them learn new skills. She especially loves it when she enters a room and the children come running and give her a big hug! Chris’ hobbies include reading, writing short stories and poems, and spending time with her daughter Chrislin and the rest of her family.

Randi Mullenax

Randi has always wanted to work with children and says she plans to do it forever! Randi is one of our teachers in the Cricket Room. She has her Associates degree in Early Childhood Education from Morrisville State College plus another year of study at Oswego. Randi’s two boys, Jordon and Owen, both attend CNS. Randi and her husband Greg enjoy taking the kids camping and going to the Farmer’s Market.

Suzanne Wallace

Suzi is the youngest of six siblings and was raised in central New Jersey. She worked in a different day school prior to moving to New York. She loves watching the children explore and grow into individuals of their own. She currently resides in Hubbardsville, where she lives with her husband Frankie, their cat Ony, and their two parakeets, Tweet and Citrus.

Christina Bartlett

Chris has been in the child care business for 20+ years. She has spent most of her time in the Waddler Room before making the move to the Toddler Room. She has an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She loves seeing the world through the children’s eyes. Chris and her husband Steve live in Pratts Hallow, with their children Dustin and Melissa. Chris’ hobbies include reading, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.

Mary Ann Collins

Mary Ann has an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She believes children learn best through creative play in a positive, patient and loving environment. She and her family live in Earlville. She enjoys spending time with her two children and painting.

Cori is a graduate of Morrisville State College with an A.A.S in Early Childhood Education. She grew up in Earlville, NY and always had the desire to work with children. She enjoys spending quality time with her sisters and parents, along with reading, painting, watching movies, and listening to music. She strongly believes in the philosophy that children learn through play and socialization with their peers.

 Shana Bierdermann

Shana graduated with an A.A.S Degree in Early Childhood Education from Morrisville State College. She is currently a co-teacher in the Dragonfly room, which she enjoys so much. She lives in Hamilton and is the youngest in her family. Her hobbies include basketball, soccer, softball, and being with her friends and family.

Sarah Unger

Sarah says that she finds new things to love about teaching each year! She attended SUNY Cortland, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys reading and watching movies. Sarah loves watching children learn new things and grow, and loves being a part of their learning experiences!

Marni Horton

Prior to coming to work at CNS, Marni attended Sherburne-Earlville through high school. After that, she attended Susquehanna University receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Early-Childhood Education. Currently, she is enrolled in Graduate School through Canisius College’s online Master’s in Literacy program with plans to graduate this year. Marni’s favorite part of teaching is the “ah-ha!” moment when things seem to click for learners. In her spare time Marni enjoys being active, reading, and lifeguarding at Colgate University’s pool.

Theresa Miner

Theresa is a teacher in our school age program and has worked in child care for 10+ years. She is passionate about helping children learn and grow. She hopes to be married to her fiancé Chris soon, and she has three children and a dog. Theresa loves to read and watch football. Go Bills!!!

Chrissy Antzak

Chrissy grew up on a dairy farm in Hubbardsville, and still does farm chores on the weekends. Chrissy attended HCS and then SUNY Potsdam, where she received a BA in Childhood Education and a Masters of Education in Literacy. Chrissy spends time in different classrooms and is the lead teacher in the after school program. She enjoys gardening and crocheting. Her favorite part of working with children is getting to know their unique personalities.

Leanne Aldrich

Leanne has been a teacher at CNS for 25+ years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from SUNY Cortland. She lives in Sherburne with her husband Dan, and her son Adam. Leanna enjoys reading, gardening, and going to the events that her son loves. She can’t imagine a more fulfilling job than CNS, nor think of better people with whom she gets to meet and work with. She loves how curious the children are, and how much they love to sing and enjoy music with her!

Jenna Barlow

Jenna is a native of Canastota, NY and now resides in Oriskany Falls with her husband Mike and their three children. They enjoy spending time together going on walks, swimming and they love to go camping! She has been working with children for 7+ years and absolutely loves it. She looks forward to working with the children enrolled at CNS and watching them grow.

 

Lindsay  Patty Streeter

Lindsay Henriksen

Lindsay loves working with children and takes great pride in working at CNS. She likes to play, learn, and be creative with the children. Lindsay has always lived in this community and is a graduate of Hamilton Central Schools. She currently lives in Knoxboro with her boyfriend Lee. She enjoys dancing, singing, baking, taking walks, and hiking in her spare time.

Patty Streeter

Patty has been part of the CNS Staff since 2011. Both of her children, Josh and Elizabeth attended CNS and “thrived” here! Now they are grown and attend Fredonia State Univeristy. Patty Graduated from HCCC in 1986 with an Associate’s Degree. Patty enjoys working with the children in all of our rooms. Patty and her husband live on a cattle farm in Morrisville. She enjoys watching old movies and collecting vintage fashion magazines. She also likes dark chocolate and pizza!
